The hotel is situated in Pszczyna, ul.Bielska 54 (54 Bielska Road), on the DK-1, from Katowice to Bielsko-Biała. It is owned by FOLTOUR Trading, Transport & Tourist Services.

It is 35 mins away from the city of Katowice, 1 h from Pyrzowice Airport, 15 mins from the city of Bielsko-Biała, and around 40 mins from the border crossing in Cieszyn.

The hotel was built between 1997-1999, was classified as a three-star hotel and features:
