The prices include:

-  admission to the swimming pool
-  admission to the sauna
-  breakfast
-  a space in an attended car park

Breakfast is served daily in the restaurant from 7.00 am - 10.30 am from Monday to Friday and from 8.00 am to 10.30 am at weekends.

Arrival: Rooms will be available from 12.00 on the day of arrival

Departure: Rooms must be vacated by 11.00 on the day of departure.

Prolonged stay: To prolong your stay, please notify the reception staff by 10.00 am. We will do our best to help you.

Payment: We welcome payment by cash and all major credit/debit cards (Visa, Master Card, Maestro, American Express, PolCard, JCB Cards, Styl PBK and Diners Club International).

Visitors: Vistors to our guests are kindly requested to leave the hotel rooms by 10.00 pm. The hotel guests are responsible for any misbehaviour of their visitors. The guests are also held responsible for any damage to the hotel furniture and equipment. The hotel cannot accept responsibility for the loss of any valuables, money, documents, objects of scientific or artistic value unless they are deposited in the hotel safe at the reception. This service is free of charge. Every time you leave you room, please close all the windows, lock the door and leave the room key at the reception.

All our guest are kindly requested not to make noise after 10.00 pm.

-  laundry room, dry cleaning and ironing: Laundry bags for underwear and garments can be found in all rooms (check the wardrobe in the hall). If you would like to have an iron and ironing board delivered to your room, or to have your garments ironed, please contact the reception.

-  Extra accessories: Extra pillows, towels or toiletries are available at the reception. Also, if you would like to have your bed made, the hotel staff will be pleased to help you.

-  Wake-up call: For a wake-up call, please contact the reception staff.

-  Messages and correspondence: All messages and correspondence will be delivered to your room immediately on receipt.

-  Messenger service: This service can be ordered at the reception.

-  Ticket & Flight Reservation: To book a flight or buy a ticket, please contact the reception. Details on the current local cultural events are also available at the reception.

-  Taxi: To call for a taxi, please contact the reception
